Health Matters is based at my home in Clynnog Fawr on the Llyn peninsula, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Set between sea and mountains it offers a supportive environment in which to take time out to relax, reflect and replenish your energy.
The centre provides guidance and support in the community for people who want to use complementary and self help approaches, alongside conventional treatments, for any health concern.

Shiatsu, acupressure and relaxation sessions can be booked.
‘Energy for Life’ workshops help people explore different approaches to improving their wellbeing and making practical lifestyle changes.
Guided journeys following the route of the Celtic Saints and Medieval pilgrims down the Llyn peninsula to Bardsey Island can be arranged. .
Specialist support is offered for people affected by cancer and training courses are available for Complementary Practitioners or Volunteers who want to work in this field.
